About The Campbell Theatre Company
The Campbell Theatre Company, the Silicon Valley's newest theatre company, has long roots in the Silicon Valley theatre scene. Producing Director and acting coach Dennis Sakamoto was the founder of Stage One Theatre Company in San Jose, which performed over 24 plays in 36 months.
When Sakamoto established Just For Actors at the Campbell Community Center in 2008, he became acquainted with the management of the Heritage Theatre, located in the same development. After some conversation, the idea for the Campbell Theatre Company was born!
The goal of the Campbell Theatre Company is to present plays that will entertain and challenge its audience. From the hilarious female version of "The Odd Couple," to the touching portrayal of small-town USA in "Our Town," to the never-boring evening of "Ten Minute Plays" — the Campbell Theatre Company strives for variety, quality, and innovation at an affordable price.
